There are mainly two slow feedbacks (FBs) which are in standard operation at XFEL - or FLASH since both machines use the same software for these! The Slow Longitudinal FB (also called slow RF FB) The Slow Transversal FB (also called orbit FB) The slides for the operator training below, give an introduction into the architecture, ideas behind these and some hints on how to get started. The slides are not meant to be a detailed operation manual! Instead are the basic operation and hints in case of problems, the subject of the operator training!
