Description
Several kinds of MicroTCA boards have been developed for operation of
accelerators (Super-KEKB, cERL, STF) in KEK. These boards have multi-
channels of ADC/DAC and are controlled by EPICS on the FPGA(Virtec5-FX
and Zynq-7000). The MicroTCA.0 based boards are used for the LLRF
feedback control and RF reference system monitor and the MicroTCA.4-
based boards have been evaluated for the LLRF feedback control for ILC
and beam orbit feedback control for Super-KEKB. The recent progress and
present status of these MicroTCA-based systems will be reported.
