All participants are invited to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation.
Block reservation for the period 24 October 2017 – 27 October 2017 is at your disposal with the following offer of room types at Scandic Sjöfartshotellet (Katarinavägen 26) or Scandic Malmen (Götgatan 49-51):
·        1690 SEK (177 EUR[1]) single room;
·        1790 SEK (187 EUR[2]) double room.
Last day for booking rooms at the suggested price is 11 September 2017.
Payment will be settled at the chosen hotel once checking-in.
Second Baltic TRAM High Level Group Meeting and Baltic TRAM Mid-Term Conference attendants interested in the block reservation offer are invited to e-mail the chosen hotel:
 
1)  Scandic Sjöfartshotellet to meeting.sjofart@scandichotels.com and state the following details:

• Reference number of the block hotel offer: 46304557
• Name & surname
• Telephone number
• Credit card number with expiry date as a guarantee for the reservation
• The exact dates of your stay
• Choice of room type: single or double.

2)  Scandic Malmen to meeting.malmen@scandichotels.com and state the following details:

• Reference number of the block hotel offer: 46305127
• Name & surname
• Telephone number
• Credit card number with expiry date as a guarantee for the reservation
• The exact dates of your stay
• Choice of room type: single or double.

Since the guest will guarantee his or her own room with a credit card, it will be considered as an individual reservation, and the guest can cancel the room up until 6PM on the arrival date. If the room cancellation is communicated later or if the reservation is a No-Show, Scandic will charge the guest 100% of the first night.
