You need an AB-ticket (which can be bought on the bus).
Take the bus 109 or X9 to Jungfernheide station.

Use Tram 60, 61 (Karl Ziegler Str.) to Nernst Strasse [Hotel].
The Hotel can be reached from Adlershof station by walking 10 min.
Arriving at Schoenefeld Airport [SXF]:
Walk to S-Bahn station.
You need a BC ticket (which can be bought at the ticket vendors).
Take any S-Bahn to Adlershof. Exit and use Tram 60, 61 (Karl Ziegler Str.)
to Nernst Strasse [Hotel].
The Hotel can be reached from Adlershof station by walking 10 min.
Arriving by train (depends on the station):
Reach one of the S-Bahn lines commuting to Adlershof station (see map).
