By train:

If you travel from Hamburg or Berlin, the trains for Rostock leave every hour from the central stations. Train schedules can be find at the on-line service of German Railway "Deutsche Bahn":

At the central train station in Rostock take the S-Bahn (local train) to Warnemünde (final destination), then take the ferry which commutes between landing stage "Warnow/Neuer Strom" (just a few steps to walk) and the conference venue.

For those who are hotel residents at "Yachthafenresidenz Hohe Düne" the free shuttle to the hotel might be an alternative solution: the hotel’s own historic Hamburg harbour launch “Sylvia” leaves from the “Bahnhofsbrücke/Alter Strom” landing stage in Warnemünde on the hour between 10 a.m. and 06 p.m.(10-minute ride, seasonal).

By plane:

At the Rostock-Laage airport take a taxi or rental car to the hotel.
