Coffee breaks
We plan on collecting a meeting fee of 60,00 euros (payment at the registration desk in cash or by credit card) to cover costs for the coffee breaks, come together and other expenses.
Reception/Dinner
We will organize a reception on Tuesday (first evening). Costs are included in the meeting fee.
Lunch
Lunch is on your own. You can organize something from the supermarket near by.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation until the end of September is 100% free of costs. After the 1st October we need to collect the fee.
