Registration for your stand during the Poster Session
The vendor exhibition during the DESY Photon Science Users' Meeting 2020 will take place on Friday, 31st January 2020, 10h - 18h at the Kuppel Hamburg, Luruper Chaussee 30, 22761 Hamburg

The following services are available:
(a) Standard booth, 6sqm,
Including table, chairs and electricity 900,00 €
50 booths available
(b) Standard booth, 4sqm,
Including table, chairs and electricity 600,00 €
25 booths available
All exhibitors are official supporters of the DESY reception on Thursday 30 January. Exhibitiors may join the reception with max. 1 representative.
(c) per additional table 15,00 €
(d) per additional chair 10,00 €
(e) Poster wall (size about 0,7 m times 1,2 m) 25,00 €
max. 3 per 6 m²
Circuit of an advertisement for the exhibitor in the programme of the poster session. The programme will be printed in black/white on standard paper (DIN A4)
Half page advertisement (landscape) 250,00 €

PLEASE NOTE: The registration for the XFEL and Photon Science Users´ Meeting as an exhibitor does not constitute a contract. Due to restricted amount of possible booths DESY will offer you a contract according to the number of booths available.
