The two-hour interactive webinar offers you practical advice on how to professionally lead and support your team in the home office. Two trainers will introduce you to 20 so-called "hacks", which provide impulses for your virtual leadership work on the following topics:

  • My self-management as a leader
  • How to lead my team from the home office?
  • How do I stay in touch and exchange with my team?
  • What does it take to trust my team members?

After the seminar you can get access to an interactive app that will send you more interesting hacks weekly. This allows you to set your own priorities and reflect on successes and goals on a daily basis. Please find more information in the attached seminar description below.

The first twenty applications will be considered. With the confirmation email from Indico you are a registered participant in the webinar. On the afternoon before the webinar, you will receive an invitation by email with a link for participation. Please cancel if you are unable to attend so that your place in the webinar can be re-allocated.
