Intro:
- need to gather the information about the stat collected so far from the 2 submissions (e/g+laser) —> Noam will email the relevant people
- when this is done, we need to do the setup where the fwd part has a beampipe

Beate:
- small factor due to pulse length 25fs/30fs
- xi distribution for JET40 3um looks spiky while for  phaseII 10um it looks reasonable
- OPPP: no saturation at high xi? probably due to the fact that we have a lot of interactions with low xi due to its distribution
- add a plot of N(gammas) per incident electron with some cutoff on the min energy of the photons.
- check if xi correlates with the area of the overlap between the photon beam and the laser?

Tony:
- looked at the pulse shape vs xi shape
- new data in some points —> see table
- doing some debugging according to Beate’s discussion
- almost ready to start producing the large xi points in g_laser
- will then move to look at the misalignments (e_laser first)

Sasha:
- do not need to distribute the e+laser submission? —> need the input files from Tony and probably manageable at DESY.
- proceed with the phase2 e_laser before doing the 17.5 GeV points of JETI40
- finish submission of g_laser and e_laser and then go for the setup where the fwd part has a beampipe —> model is done by Maryna and just need to merge to Sasha’s branch.

Maryna:
- can correlate the edges in the fit since these are kinematically correlated? this would reduce the number of free parameters

Kyle:
- no worry about the Kapton target at the fwd spect.
- try to use varying binning (larger for high energies and smaller for low energies)
- still need to automate the edge finding procedure algorithmically
