Intro:
- need to re-run (G4) the the low-xi and high-B with the new model (where the CKV and LANEX are modified)
  - can run with the existing low-xi files from Tony since the cutoff fix does not make any difference (at low-xi…)
  - the bkg-only run we are now processing should be “applicable” also for the low-xi high-B runs
- add columns for the numbers per unit area
  - division by area should be just in the fiducial area where we expect signal?
- Ruth will add cuts for the upstream system
- Louis will work with Shan from TAU
- will start sending the plots with meaningful names
  - everyone should send to Matthew in latex with captions and he will upload
- following a comment from John and Sasha: for anyone using the e-beam-only simulation, the numbers of bkg particles should be scaled down according to the fraction of the electrons which participate in the interaction with the laser when the laser is "turned on”. This fraction can be read from Tony’s files directly and we should centralise this somewhere (spreadsheet…)

Maryna:
- particles vs x is not possible for the backscattering calo - will be vs phi
- for the Fwd system, cut out the particles with originate the gamma-dump by hand
- try to look at the vertices of particles which arrive at x~225±30 where the step of the shadow is seen

John:
- can run the existing low-xi runs from Tony since the cutoff fix is not changed (at low-xi…)
- should use log-x binning
- for anyone using the e-beam-only simulation, the numbers of bkg particles should be scaled down according to the fraction of the electrons which participate in the interaction with the laser when the laser is "turned on”. This fraction can be read from Tony’s files directly and we should centralise this somewhere (spreadsheet…)
