Module 1: Introduction to the DESY Annual Appraisals - virtual - 1,5h
Target group:
This module is compulsory (in combination with module 2) for all leaders who have not yet attended a training course on conducting annual appraisals.
In addition, all leaders who would like to learn about the changes from 2021 and the use of the new tools are welcome to attend as well.

- Regulations (new GBV), the anual appraisal as a development discussion
- Structure of the annual appraisal and topics to be discussed
- New tools (handouts, guidelines, documentation template)
- Time frame, contact persons, database
