Description
My name is Maximilian Stadelmaier, and I am about to finish a double doctoral degree in astroparticle physics (DDAp) at the KIT in Karlsruhe and the UNSAM in Buenos Aires, working for the Pierre Auger collaboration. My research history includes astroparticle physics and quantum field theory, but my interests also extend to dark matter, cosmology, BSM physics and more.
For my PhD thesis I advanced and developed a model of particle densities in extensive air showers to reconstruct $X_\text{max}$ and $R_\text{µ}$ with data only collected by a surface detector - please check out my ICRC talk here.
I aspire a career in or in the context of physics and I am therefore searching for a PostDoc position starting around April 2022.
