Assaf:
- what’s the gain? —> 40 cm in the x dimension!
- we can shrink it also in the z dimension? —> yes, can cut about 30 cm
- do you have a design for the needle so Sasha can put it in the model? —> yes, it is approximately in the middle.
- cad will be uploaded in ~10 days
- outgoing beam is away from the incoming —> would need 2 pipes —> discuss with Louis and Ragendra.

Tom:
- parameters are confirmed (like the CDR with minor changes)
- need the BSM runs (10/6.5 um and 120 fs) —> just in phase1
- change 50% to 40% losses? (40% arrive at the focus) —> check with Matt!
- e-beam same (16.5 GeV, shape, etc) —> add also 14 GeV —> need a proposal table and then start generating

Sasha:
HDF5 format:
- in MeV and m? —> can change to GeV and um? —> doesn’t matter
- particle ID missing? —> will be available in the next data
B-field?
- will use the approximation (with exponentials, not errf)
- what if we do we have more components of the field? —> we have a measurement for the other fwd magnet?
- will do a 3D double-sided turn-on/off function in x,y,z with our best guesses
Shielding near IP detectors:
- could be that we need to make the beampipe smaller
- check radiation level at the e-tracker when it is down —> when the data becomes available
- tracker spaceframe was stainless still
Shielding walls:
- will move to 80 cm concrete blocks
- the 2 upstream walls should be changed from scratch —> will discuss with Louis this week
- window is 200 um? —> Kyle will check the damage to the Aluminium with FLUKA (concern that it’d be the same as for the Kapton?)
- alls small elements (bellows etc) are implemented?
- profiler? —> have drawings from Marco
- target chamber? —> not designed
- Cherenkov and screen will be updated
- IP chamber as discussed today
- beam support —> not
- BSM sensitive volumes
- base platform from concrete (1.5 m high) —> then reduce the size of the feet of the components.
- some other bits (see my slides from Apr 14 - also linked to this agenda in the intro)
Readiness?
- geometry parts are not complicated ~1-2 weeks wherever we have the drawings
- should launch something preliminary by end of July with the best snapshot and then

There are minutes attached to this event. Show them.
