Intro (CKV+screen):
- will check without internal shielding
- take the window a bit above the bottom of the straws (a few cm’s) and add shielding below to cover also the fibres etc.
- prefer to have the support all the way to the beam pipe without the vertical part close to the beam
- extend also the screen to 1m
- think about clamps

Stuart:
- redesign of the beam transport to get a better focus IP
- we can get ~5 um in principle but we should plan for something between 5 to 10 um
- larger beam is easier
- 7.5 um is achievable and the 5 um should also be achievable (TBC)
- for now we go with 5 um for the 1st prod. and Stuart will confirm in a few weeks if we need to assume something larger

Noam (window):
- change to 300 um
- check the window height when the 1st round of the signal after G4 simulation - 24 mm may be too large
- measure also the deformation over long time under max vacuum

Tom:
- need some feedback from Matt and Gianluca (min/max w0)
- how many BXs to simulate? —> for now 10 is fine
- maybe use 10^5 macro-particles and more BXs?

John:
- what material is implemented for the straws? —> will talk with Louis
- take cad from Oz (later today)

Maryna:
- why not increase the depth of the insert from 10 cm to e.g. 30 cm?
- don’t need an insert from the back of the wall

Sasha:
- small change in the dump (a centric hole ~10 cm deep and 3 cm wide)
- need some feedback from Marco et al for the profiler
- BSM detector should be circular or rectangular with short axis being >1m
- the b-field is of a C-shape magnet —> probably needs to be symmetrized for a proper dipole
