Monday
- Registration starts at 8:15 am in the DESY auditorium foyer (bldg. 5).
- All talks take place in the DESY auditorium.
- Coffee breaks will be held in the foyer and outside.
- Lunch will be serverd in the FLASH seminar room (bldg. 28c).
- Barbecue will take place in the DESY canteen.
Tuesday
- All talks take place in the DESY auditorium.
- Coffee breaks will be held in the foyer and outside.
- Lunch will be serverd in the FLASH seminar room (bldg. 28c).
- After lunch and a short coffee break there will be a bus transfer to European XFEL in Schenefeld (FFP2-mask in the bus).
- Poster Session and Reception will take place in Schenefeld. There will be a bus transfer back to DESY in the evening (FFP2-mask in the bus).
Wednesday
- All talks will take place in the DESY auditorium (bldg.5).
- Coffee breaks will be held in the foyer and outside. Please make sure to keep a little bit of distance.
- Lunch will be serverd in the FLASH seminar room (bldg. 28c).
- The conference dinner will be served in the DESY canteen.
