DPG Abstracts
From 21 March to 25 March 2022 the DPG Spring Meeting of the Matter and Cosmos Section (SMuK) will take place at the University of Heidelberg. Due to the valid Corona regulations, strict official requirements have to be fulfilled. Therefore, it is planned that the conference will take place under 2G conditions, i.e. only vaccinated or recovered participants with the appropriate certificate will be admitted. Further information will be available from 1 December 2021 when participant registration opens.
Here is the link to the page: https://heidelberg22.dpg-tagungen.de/
DESY internal approval deadline: 10 December
Please use latex format for the abstract, and upload the pdf of your abstract on this indico page. If there is no entry for you yet, please contact isabell.melzer@desy.de with your abstract title, and it will be added.
Once your abstract is approved (you will receive an email), please upload it until 15 December 2021 here:
https://www.dpg-tagung.de/hd22/submission.html?language=en.
The deadline for submission is Friday, January 15, 2021, in the evening, 23:59 SHARP. The list of topics with session numbers is given in the submission form.
Please fill a travel application directly after uploading your talk and ask the DESY travel department to pay the fee for you. The deadline for the early-bird registration is Friday, February 15, 2022:
