We recommend to book early (with the option of no cancellation fee), since on April, 3rd, the Berlin Half-Marathon is going to place in the city centre, resulting a higher demand of hotel rooms to be expected during the time period of our meeting.
We have also blocked rooms (until 16.03.2022) in two hotels, which however are not in perfect walking distance:

Reservations will be made by guests individually at agreed special rates. Once the option on the rooms has expired or the allocation has been fully utilised, rates are valid exclusively on request and subject to availability.

Cancellations:
Individually reserved rooms may be cancelled without charge up to 7 days before arrival.
Thereafter, 90% of the agreed rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations or reductions should be notified to the hotel in writing and are considered to have been accepted once the hotel has confirmed the cancellation or reduction in writing.
Accounting:
Room bookings must be guaranteed by guests on reservation with a valid credit card. All guests will pay individually for their rooms and breakfast as well as for any additional personal services on site. Should one or more guests fail to settle their accounts on site, the hotel reserves the right to invoice the organiser for these costs.
No show:
Should a duly reserved room remain unoccupied without appropriate notice of cancellation in writing, 90% of the room price will be invoiced.
