• How to differentiate between interests and needs
• How to establish common ground
• Standing your ground
You will look at conflicts and analyze their specific nature. Different conflicts ask for different ways to deal with them. You will get support with the challenging conflicts in your actual situation and enjoy some peer consulting and support from the trainer.
