Kyle (by Sasha):
- geometry simplified
- “bottom left” elx area (XFEL rack area) looks good
- consistent with GEANT4
- for now only 0.2% of 1 BX
- dose is an output of FLUKA —> ask Kyle

Sasha 1:
- consistent results between G4 and FLUKA
- please plot the spectrum in linear axes
- need to have the same for the g+laser setup

Sasha 2:
- can now run nice event displays
- will add an option to filter by pdgId

Arka:
- looking at timing from Hits tree
- if we go to 2+2 us we add <5% more background


Shan:
- “fast sim” is where the beam-dump is not fully simulated
- late background is probably due to activation
- Sasha: should use Hits->tract to get the time the energy of this hit was deposited
- only the top row of the slides is physical
