Intro:
- New signal runs (e.g. g+laser with LP)
  - update next week

- The e/g+needle runs
   - there’s some simulation already —> need to update the model from Ishay
   - need also to run with electron beam on the needle

- Backgrounds for the g+laser runs
   - there is some simulation —> bkg is too large (angular spread of the photons is too high) —> many need a collimator
   - Shan and Arka need to run the reconstruction on the existing samples to see that indeed there is a big problem

- Status of fast simulation
   - working with Sasha (7 BXs) without dump some problem with the neutrons.
   - 2 weeks for a better estimation

- Status of FLUKA simulation
   - Kyle (need dose maps)

- Model changes based on recent work by Louis and Karsten
   - shielding updated made of standard elements which exist at DESY
   - added shielding on the photon dump
   - some distances changes
   - B-field is at max for e+laser
   - more precise passive element
   - need a realistic design of the dumps —> this has to happen first. (check offline)
   - new design for the supports
   - some existing CAD elements should be incorporated —> will add later —> Organize a meeting with Oz and Sasha and Karsten
   - Sasha will provide GDML

- Unification of codes
   - lower priority, will be feasible after subsystems converge

Sasha:
- almost complete processing for the signal MC (all conditions are listed in confluence)
- need to be careful with the weight.
- need to be able to filter by track id (for signal)
- will add magnetic field

Yee:
- move from DUST to grid
- naming should be flat structure, concise and contain the full info (char limits)
- name by year? Is it good? —> not harmful
- “brem”  is not good —> should be elaser/glaser/nlaser/ebeam/gbeam (no hyphens)
- who will have the permission to store/write and run in the grid? Also users need access (certificate etc)?
- need database
- r tags should be unique per detector until we have everything in terms of framework
- LP/CP cannot be in a tag - this has a different physics meaning.
- not everything needs to move
- Daniel: how to manage the tags? Who does this? —> one person to allocate tags and make sure they are document
- Daniel: store hashing inside the files? —>
- Arka: what’s the plan for the BSM files?
—> followup next week —> come up with final pattern for the naming
—> if people are happy —> make a list of the new names individually! —> move to grid centrally
