Venue
The meeting takes place at the Benoziyo Physics Library (Benoziyo Building) at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot. The address is 234 Herzl Street, Rehovot, 7610001.

Arrival
After landing at Ben Gurion, take a taxi and possibly share it with your colleagues. The ride should take around 30-40 minutes.
Remember to keep all original receipts to get reimbursed afterwards.
Accommodation
All of you should have received an email mentioning which accommodation has been booked for you.
Rooms have been booked at:
- Reisfeld Residence: Faculty of Agriculture, 267 Herzl Street, Rehovot. It is within walking distance from WIS. There we booked private rooms and single rooms in shared apartments. Rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, breakfast is not included. You can pick up your key from the guard at the main gate (manned 24 hours). Here you find the residence on Maps.
- Leonardo Hotel: Oppenheimer Street 2, Rehovot. Approximately 20 minute walking distance from WIS. Your reservation includes breakfast. Here you find the hotel on Maps.
Meals
Every day we will have lunch all together. Dinners must be arranged individually.
We will provide snacks and drinks for the coffee breaks.
