Develop custom-fit agreements for team collaboration
Based on a checklist developed by DESY, participants are prepared to develop agreements on mobile, hybrid working together with their own team or group.
Focus is on important methods for facilitating the process, decision-making and participation of the team- and group members. In addition, the role of the manager in facilitating the process will be reflected upon. First ideas for the design of team agreements on mobile working in the own group are developed.
