Agree on mobile working in your team - Presentation of the checklist for team collaboration

Putting mobile working into practice is a major challenge for everyone involved. How can effective team agreements be conducted that provide a good balance between management requirements and the needs of employees? As a part of a first training session on that subject, we have drawn a checklist that helps to clarify the topics and responsibility in your own group. In this event, the checklist will be presented and an initial exchange between managers will be offered. The advanced training course offers its own training for the concrete development of team agreements.
