This multidisciplinary, hybrid workshop will bring together experts from epistemology, history and sociology of science, physics education, and theoretical physics to understand and address issues of diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility within the field of theoretical physics. The workshop will span 3 days (1/2 day, full day, 1/2 day), with 2-3 panel sessions per day. On each panel, we will invite 3-4 experts from different disciplines (within the above remit) who will carry out interactive presentations that aim to actively engaged all participants in discussions around inclusion in physics. To further enable active participation from all, a variety of discussion-promoting methods will be used, including closed breakout sessions, debate-style ‘competitions’, etc.
