Conference Venue
The EuroPLEx Final Conference will be held at the Institute for Physics, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Lise-Meitner Haus, Gerthsen-Hörsaal (Auditorium), Newtonstrasse 15, 12489 Berlin, Germany. Link to the map.
Registration and Coffee breaks
The registration will take place on Monday 11/9 at lunch time in the foyer in front of the Gerthsen-Hörsaal, where also all coffee-breaks will be.
Welcome Reception and Lunch breaks
The Welcome Reception will take place on Monday 11/9 at 18:00 at the Gerdans Café within the Erwin-Schrödinger Zentrum, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in Rudower Chausse 26, 12489 Berlin. This is five minutes walking distance from the Conference venue.
Lunch breaks will also take place at the Gerdans Café.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place on Wednesday 13/9 at 19:30 at the Restaurant “Augustiner am Gendarmenmarkt” in Charlottenstraße 55, 10117 Berlin.
Poster session
The poster session will take place on Thursday 14/9 at 17:00, after the public lecture, in the foyer in front of the Gerthsen-Hörsaal.

Free Wifi
Eduroam and Free Wifi Berlin are available throughout the campus.
Please note that the Berlin Senate Chancellery offers Free Wifi Berlin in Berlin. This WLAN is also broadcast at the HU Berlin. This network is unencrypted. Please also note the usage instructions on the part of the provider. (If you have an Eduroam account, our clear recommendation is however to use it: better throughput, better availability, encryption.)
The first time you connect to the "_Free_Wifi_Berlin" WLAN, you will receive a message or a browser window will open. Please tap/click on the message if the web browser does not open automatically. Alternatively, you can open a web browser yourself and call up any website (e.g. https://www.hu-berlin.de/de).
In the second step, your consent to the terms and conditions is required to connect to the "_Free_Wifi_Berlin" WLAN. Then please click on "Connect". The window closes and you are connected.
