The goal of the DEELS workshop 2023 at DESY in Hamburg (Gemany) is to bring the diagnostics community together to discuss common problems, share new developments, and enhance synergies between different facilities.
DEELS will be organized as a live 'in-person' event, and there will be no remote participation. This is in accordance to the present Corona guidelines and the decision from the last workshop.
