- started preparation to publish accounting data to APEL production instance
- node with APEL plugin registered as APEL glite in GOCDB
- spotted problem during re-installation of APEL plugin centos 7 comes with too old openssl version, but requests 2.29 requires openssl >= 1.1.1
- require hepspec23 score for different hw types in Bonn
- will adjust HT Condor collector to provide a default hepscore value if not present on node (using 15 for now)

- not yet all benchmarks for all hw types available (6 + 1 hw archs)
