If you have access to the eduroam network via your institution, there is nothing for you to do. You will be able to use your credentials to connect to the wifi at Humboldt University. If you do not have access to eduroam, you should first figure out if you can get eduroam access with your institution! Finally, if this is not possible, you will be able to set it up with some temporary accounts created by us, by follow the instructions below well ahead of time.
- Send an email to lap23@desy.de with subject "Temporary account" and the following content:
Name: <your name>
Institution: <your institution>
Email: <email used to register on Indico> - You will receive instruction by email on how to get a temporary account.
- After you get a temporary account, you should follow the instructions here: https://www.cms.hu-berlin.de/de/dl/netze/wlan/config (instructions are available in English for every OS).
