Your poster is advertised by your speedtalk, so please provide both at the venue.
One abstract submission for speedtalk/poster is sufficient.
Speakers
- Tutorials and pre-workshops
- please suggest speakers to ST3 spokespersons or local center contacts of ST3
- Facility/invited talks
- plan for 3 min Q&A time in your allotted time slot
- e.g. 17 min presentation + 3 min Q&A
- upload presentation file to indico
- please make access for local download of the file to the presentation PC/laptop available for the workshop chairs and your session chair
- for backup have USB storage/stick also available with the file
- at the venue
- presenter PC/laptop with powerpoint and PDF is provided (no own laptops will be used)
- contact session chair at least 15 min prior to session start for file storage on local PC/laptop
- your session chair is indicated in indico (set timetable "Detailed view" button off)
- plan for 3 min Q&A time in your allotted time slot

- presentation length: 3 min
- typically 2-3 (not more) slides to advertise your poster
- submission/upload only in PDF
