1. Functional accounts (admin, ingestor, archivemanager) -> works
2. Keycloak -> user credentials -> works with slight errors, if you get a 401, solution for now: retry
3. Helmholtz AAI (ultimate goal)

- can not be addressed before December , a strategy has been given.
Discussions
1. Reading out data is needed at FLASH, for now only possible via ingestor account
Noel will follow up on this.
2. Jan K: mentioned with the new BE the ingestor does not seem to have right to ingest, see issue nb #712:

A workaround in the config is in place until it is fixed by developers.
Conclusions:
P08 and FLASH have recieved their test instances and can start testing it with slight adjustments (multiple trials for logging in, workaround for data ingestion). Please test and report back (using eg. scicat.service@desy.de) any issues you observe.

- FLASH workflow will be presented on 13.11.
- No meetings on 23rd and 30th Oct 23.
