These notes contain a very simple review on QFT in curved spacetimes. Based on  Winitzki, S. "Elementary Introduction to Quantum Fields in Curved Spacetime" and Wald, R. "Quantum Field Theory in Curved Spacetime and Black Hole Thermodynamics".
