Attendance at The Transatlantic Big Science Conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by DESY or Carnegie Science of the attendee’s image and/or voice for informational, publicity, promotional, and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media.
The panel talks and discussions in the regular sessions will be video recorded. The recording will be used only for conference own purposes to help provide a summary. By attending the conference, participants agree to consent to the recording. This excludes the welcome and conference reception, the thematic lunch tables, and the coffee breaks. Unauthorized recording or livestreaming of any event during the conference is strictly prohibited.
