Description

I will briefly review the first order phase transitions in the early universe, with a particular attention to the models where bubble can reach utra-relativistic velocitites. Phenomenological applications for Dark Matter model building will be reviewed. Later I will proceed to the discussion of the maximal boost of the bubble in the theories with gauge symmetry breaking and in particular the derivation of the friction forces from the first principles following 2310.06972 .
