Bus transfers from city center to Campus (and vice versa)
A bus transfer to reach the Campus (both Basovizza and Padriciano) from the city center will be provided by local organizers.
In Trieste city center the bus will always start at “Piazza della Repubblica”(in front of the hotel DoubleTree by Hilton)

8.30 from Trieste City Center to Basovizza Campus (for those attending the site visit; a bus transport from Basovizza Campus to Padriciano Campus will be provided after the visit)

From Trieste Airport:
- By train to Trieste Centrale + bus N. 51 from train station to Area Science Park campus
- By GoOpti (€40-60 Info-GoOpti) for a sharing shuttle service
From/to the Train Station:
- By bus: bus N. 51 and 51/ (Timetable), it takes about 30 minutes (EUR 1,45 one ride). The information on connection, ticket purchase and available app can be found on Trieste Trasporti website.
- By taxi: about EUR 20-25. The ride takes about 20-30 min
By Car:
- If coming from the A4 motorway (Venice-Trieste) or A23 (Udine-Tarvisio), take the Lisert exit. From there, follow directions towards Padriciano and the campus.
- The campus is easily accessible by car, and parking is available onsite
