It's that time of year again—prepare and get ready for the highlight of the season: our ATLAS Christmas Party on December 3rd, 2024!

We've planned unlimited pizza from a food truck, plenty of drinks, music/games, and, of course, the highlight of every year: our ATLAS Schrottwichteln (more instructions to follow).

Most importantly for now, we need a headcount, so please register on indico by November 27th, 2024.

We will need to collect some money to cover the cost for food and drink:

• Apprentices, HIWIs, Master Students, Students without contract: 15 Euros
• PhD students, postdocs, engineers, technicians: 25 Euros
• Scientific staff:  32 Euros

Please pay already in advance after your registration before the party: 

• Cash to  Sabine (office: 1c / O1.335) or Claudia (office: 1c / O1.303)
• or PayPal to Claudia under: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/quantenpunkt put as purpose of the transfer “XmasATLAS First and Last Name” (if you pay for more than one person include all names) and select "For family or friends” when prompted.

 

Additionally, we would like to organize an international dessert potluck.

• Please indicate in your registration if you’d like to bring a cake or dessert and what you'd like to contribute. 
This is completely voluntary, and you can also just bring yourself and be ready to party. 
You can always edit your registration later if you're unsure.
  
  
  
• Many thanks for everyone who signed up. We have quite a few people signed up (> 10) so please do not make a too large portion of your dessert, so we make sure everything gets eaten (aim for maybe 5 portions).
