To enter KIT, guests needs a guest registration. Your registration on indico will be forwarded, so you can get a visitor card for the 2 days, requiring an exchange in the KIT North registrartion office and a valid passport document. You can enter your place and date of birth upon registering on indico,so the guest card can be prepared in advance, which should minimise the duration spent at the registration office.
A (self-paid) dinner is foreseen on Monday evening, location: restaurant Maharaja, Poststraße 8, 76137 Karlsruhe (close to main station).
