Your stay in Aachen
- The participation fee includes your accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks.

You will be accommodated at the Hotel Mercure Aachen am Dom (Peterstraße 1, 52062 Aachen). You do not need to book your own room. If your registration has been accepted and you have paid the participation fee, we will book and pay your room and you can check in at the Hotel from May 6th at 3pm.
- Your room will be reserved for you until May 9th at 12 noon.
- Breakfast is included.

- The school program starts on May 6th at 1pm. Unfortunately, it was not possible to negotiate an earlier check-in with the hotel. However, you can store your luggage at the hotel or take it with you to the workshop venue, where we also have space, and check in afterwards.

If you have a long trip and would like to check in on May 5th, please let us know. A small contingent of rooms is available on request.

If you are not able to attend the school or do not need hotel accommodation, please let us know, as the hotel room reservations are not free of charge!
