If you are an invited speaker to the Symposium 2025, WPC coordination office has booked rooms for you in the Mercure Hotel Hamburg am Volkspark. All speakers are asked to send an email to wpc-coordination@desy.de with precise dates for their stay.
We do not work with third-party agencies. If you are contacted by someone not directly associated with WPC, do not provide them with any information.
DESY Hostel
20 rooms are reserved at DESY Hostel. Please include the following event name under "additional text" when booking your room in order to make use of our contingent: WPC Symposium 2025.
Please note that 4 weeks before the start of the event 50% of the rooms from the contingent that are not booked will expire and 14 days before the event the remaining rooms will expire.
