Conference fee and payment
The conference fee is 50 euros and covers coffee breaks and an evening reception (only for in-person attendance).
DESY attendants, please note that you should pay this amount and do a local travel request for the conference to get reimbursed for it later (as the payment is organized by the University).

Note that payment is only possible until 21. Feb. For online participation, there is no fee.
Housing
A small contingency of DESY hostel rooms has been reserved with the code word "LIPS" and can be booked under: https://welcome-services.desy.de/hostel_in_hamburg/index_eng.html (please add "LIPS" to the text box when registering!)
