The social activities will be:
- a welcome reception on the campus Bahrenfeld / DESY premises the first day after the lectures
- we are trying to organize a poster session during the reception. You are invited to present a poster, if you like. Please bring the poster, as we cannot print it for you.
- a visit to the DESY laboratory
- a visit to the experiments of the University of Hamburg in the DESY campus
- a walking tour downtown Hamburg (on 17 and 24 July, starting at 16:30h)
- Surprise movie screenings on 18 and 23 July in CSSB building at 16:00h
- a farewell dinner in Block Braeu, in the harbour region

All the social activities are free of charge and offered by the University of Hamburg and the Cluster of Excellence Quantum Universe.
Coffee breaks, lunches at DESY, transports and all expenses in Hamburg, including accomodation, are not covered by the school and are at your charge.
All the lectures will take place on the DESY campus, which has all the facilities for coffee breaks and lunches.
