Minutes Feburary 14th:

• Grigory presented his studies on the laser beam-line in the building. The main conclusion is that the laser must come on the same plane as the electron beam line if one want to use a coupled mirror mount for the transport.
• He also explored alternative location (eg in the surface building on the first floor). However, the transport to such a location would be very complicated:
  • Either need to go through the crane shaft.
  • Or need to drill the radiation shiedling (2m thick with 45 degrees angle).
  • disfavoured.
• Maik presented the curves of the temperature and humidity readins since 2012.
  • The system in Jena was able to operate with a temperature stabilisation of about 22+-1 degrees. 
  • The dispertion of the humidity is much larger but they were using some settings for summer and winter.
  • Cover dust, and AC should be stabilized aorund the laser area (specs in the twiki).
  • Conclusion that such a system could be done in HERA West for approx 50k.
  • Crane can lift up 1 ton.
  • No restriction to come from the top.
• Alex and Falk will come in Hamburg on March 3rd evening and on the 4th, they will live at 16h00 that day.
• Need to converge on a new timeslot for the meeting, mornings dont work very well for Karsten.
