Workshop on containers
This workshop will introduce the topic of containers: how to use them on the NAF and how to build them. We will introduce the basics as well as more advanced topics, including building your own container with Apptainer on the NAF. The hands-on exercises will take an example physics use-case and employ CMS open data. If you have no or little experience with containers, this workshop is for you.
Prerequisites: Basics of working with git and github/gitlab, some experience in
writing code (either python or c++) and working on linux. You will also need your own laptop for the workshop.
