European dCache developers workshop

There are several events, which have been triggering this ad hoc European dCache developers workshop at DESY.

• The dCache team has to agree on the RFC's of EMI-2.
• NDGF is changing is legal form and Gerd to hand over remaining issues.
• In march next year, the next dCache workshop will take place in Zeuthen. We have to start planing.
