Join us for our third INPROCAP training session focusing on market analysis in innovation procurement. In this four-hour hybrid training, we will explore comprehensive methodologies for conducting market research, SOTA analysis, prior art searches, and open market consultations to inform your innovation procurement strategy.

Interactive breakout activity (50 minutes)

Each group receives a BSO innovation procurement scenario

Task (30 minutes)

Each group must:

  1. Identify what information they need to gather
  2. Determine the likely TRL of existing solutions
  3. Identify potential data sources and search strategies
  4. Assess preliminary market maturity: ready for PPI, needs PCP, or Innovation Partnership?
  5. Identify 3 key risks or unknowns that require further investigation
