Description
In this talk, we discuss the low-energy effective field theory (EFT) description of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). Using automated functional methods, we present the complete one-loop matching of the R-parity conserving MSSM (with 124 free parameters) onto the SMEFT. Integrating out all superpartners at once (with non-degenerate masses and general flavor structure) allows us to capture the full set of correlations among SMEFT Wilson coefficients implied by supersymmetry. We also discuss the Higgs sector, electroweak symmetry breaking, and the reduction of redundant operators. Additionally, we consider the scenario in which the second Higgs doublet is light and remains dynamic within the EFT spectrum. Our framework provides a foundation for systematic and global analyses of the MSSM parameter space using EFT techniques. We further discuss the validity of our results and finally showcase a minimal phenomenological example.
