All talks will be plenary, and in addition to the invited talks from internationally renowned speakers we encourage you to propose contributions which are related to the focus of this workshop. Please send your proposal latest by Apr. 7th (dreiner@uni-bonn.de and andreas.weiler@desy.de for talks on theory or wolfgang.ehrenfeld@desy.de and christian.sander@desy.de for experimental contributions).
