Description
I will show how polarized gluons inside an unpolarized proton can be used to determine the Higgs' spin and parity. The polarization modifies the transverse momentum distribution of the Higgs particle depending on its parity. At the same time, it causes the azimuthal distribution of its decay products to be non-isotropic for various spin-2 coupling hypotheses. I will also explain how the degree of gluon polarization is calculated and show that it is substantial.
