We are happy to announce the "2014 LSDMA Spring Meeting". LSDMA is an HGF initiative to support the creation of community independent data management and analysis facilities. The meeting covers 3 LSDMA events (the AHM is distributed over Monday and Wednesday):

A common issue in research is the sharing of data between
users and user groups in a controlled and secure fashion.
This includes solving authentication, authorisation, access
control and usage policy issues. Furthermore, various technologies
for accessing the data can be considered, such as web-based,
GridFTP, UFTP, distributed file systems and others.
