Slepton Pair Production in the POWHEG BOX

We present the implementation of slepton pair production in the POWHEG BOX, a framework for the combination of fixed-order perturbative calculations and parton showers. Based on this implementation, phenomenologically relevant consequences of the matching to parton showers are shown. The status of recent experimental searches and new ideas for advanced analysis techniques are discussed.
