Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,
auch bei DESY wird ab dem 8. Juni 2021 die Möglichkeit bestehen, sich gegen COVID-19 impfen zu lassen. Die Impfung wird durch den Betriebsärztlichen Dienst durchgeführt.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Menge des Impfstoffs, die bei DESY verimpft werden kann, zentral bestimmt wird. DESY versucht jedoch eine größtmögliche Abdeckung unter den Kolleginnen und Kollegen zu erreichen.
Hier die ersten Informationen zum Anmeldeprozedere:
Es sind alle Kolleginnen und Kollegen von DESY und European XFEL sowie Mitarbeitende der Partnerinstitute und Dienstleister auf dem Campus Bahrenfeld herzlich eingeladen, sich anzumelden.
Es können sich nun auch alle Beschäftigen registrieren die ihre Erstimpfung nicht beim DESY hatten. Bitte beachten Sie das wir nur Zweitimpfungen durchführen bei denen der Zeitraum zwischen der Erstimpfung mindestens 4 Wochen beträgt.
Die Anmeldung zur Impfung erfolgt über das Internet.
Sollten Sie an der Impfung nicht teilnehmen können, bitten wir Sie um eine zeitgerechte Information. Damit ermöglichen Sie Kolleginnen und Kollegen an der Impfung teilzunehmen. Sollten Sie zu dem Ihnen zugeteilten Termin nicht zur Impfung erscheinen, verfällt ihre Anmeldung in der jeweiligen Impfrunde.
Mit der Bestätigung Ihres Impftermins erhalten Sie einen Link zu den drei Formularen „Impfaufklärung, Datenschutz und Einwilligungserklärung“. Diese Formulare sind ausgedruckt, ausgefüllt und unterschrieben zusammen mit dem Impfpass, falls vorhanden, zum Impftermin mitzubringen. Ohne die drei unterschriebenen Formulare kann keine Impfung erfolgen.

From 8 June 2021, it will also be possible at DESY to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The vaccination will be carried out by the DESY Medical Service.
Please note: The amount of vaccine allocated to DESY is determined centrally by the local authorities. However, DESY tries to achieve the greatest possible coverage among colleagues.
Here the first information on the registration procedure:
We would like to invite all colleagues from DESY, the European XFEL and the employees of our Campus Partners and service companies at the Bahrenfeld Campus.
All employees who did not have their first vaccination at DESY can now also register. Please note that we only carry out second vaccinations where the period between the first vaccination is at least 4 weeks.
Registration for vaccination is done via the Internet.
If you are unable to keep the appointment, please inform us in good time. By doing so, you will enable colleagues to receive a vaccination. If you do not show up for vaccination on your assigned appointment, your registration in the respective vaccination round will be forfeited.
With the confirmation of your vaccination appointment you will receive a link to the form "Vaccination information, data protection and consent form". These forms must be printed out, completed and signed and brought with you to the vaccination appointment along with the vaccination card (“Impfpass”), if you have one. We will not be able to vaccinate you without the three signed forms.
